Job Description

Senior Learning Design Consultant developing curricula and learning pathways to support Underwriting operations workforce. Collaborating with stakeholders to improve learning and business performance over 5 years of experience required.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop curricula, learning pathways, and programs for Underwriting operations workforce
  • Foster collaborative partnerships with UW operations teams and subject matter experts
  • Conduct needs analysis and identify learning objectives for training programs
  • Develop metrics and evaluation strategies to measure learning program effectiveness
  • Manage complex work and coordinate resources across cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of instructional design, development, and evaluation experience
  • Experience using Articulate, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI Voiceover
