Job Description
Senior Manager of Finance leading core financial planning and analysis at Clearway Health. Managing budgeting, forecasting, and team mentorship in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute Clearway’s annual budget cycle
- Lead monthly forecasting cycles
- Oversee and prepare monthly close variance analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models supportive of labor and headcount planning
- Serve as a primary Finance partner to Clearway’s Executive Leadership Team
- Manage, mentor, and develop FP&A team members
- Provide leadership over the use and evolution of FP&A systems and tools
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
- MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial roles
- At least 2 years of experience managing direct reports
- Demonstrated ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
- Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level analysis and communication
- Understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition preferred
