Job Description
Senior Manual QA Engineer delivering quality assurance for text messaging solutions in a remote setting. Collaborating with teams to enhance user engagement for a leading IT company.
Responsibilities:
- Raise the bar on how organizations reach a mobile audience using the power of the Peer-to-Peer text messaging channel
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- 5+ years in a QA role, preferably within SaaS, MarTech, or telecommunications.
- Proficient with test management software (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman) and web debugging tools. Experience with mobile-first environments is a major plus.
- A "break-it-to-make-it" attitude. You possess an analytical mind that looks for the edge cases others miss.
- Ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable feedback for both engineers and product stakeholders.
- You’re the person who notices a pixel out of place or a 0.5-second lag in message delivery.
