Senior Mobile Developer

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Spec Driven Development (SDD) to ensure all features are well-architected, scalable, and documented before execution.
• Design, build, ship, and maintain the Fulcrum mobile platforms, collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality product features and exceptional UI/UX.
• Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual processes across the engineering lifecycle, using AI and custom tooling to increase velocity without compromising system integrity.
• Constantly collaborate with team members across product, design, and engineering to ship quality features and maintain the Fulcrum mobile platforms. Actively provide feedback and opinions during problem definition and solutioning.
• Drive long-term platform growth by designing modular, extensible architectures while maintaining high code quality through rigorous peer reviews, proactively addressing security vulnerabilities, and optimizing for performance.
• Raise your own and the team’s technical capabilities every day by staying at the forefront of AI, machine learning, and mobile trends.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a mobile engineer delivering software products.
• Proven ability to utilize Spec Driven Development (SDD), translating complex requirements into clear technical blueprints.
• Demonstrated experience in automating workflows, testing, or deployments, with a focus on maintaining high-assurance environments.
• Experience building and shipping high quality mobile applications through the whole Software Development Life Cycle.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and guide cross-functional sessions.
