Senior Network Analyst at SourceHub, optimizing global IT network infrastructure and ensuring security, performance, and availability.

Design, plan, and implement secure local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless environments.
Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
Monitor network performance, analyze bandwidth usage, and proactively troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and availability issues.
Support incident management and provide Level 2/3 technical support for network and infrastructure environments.
Implement and manage security controls, including firewall configurations, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint protection solutions.
Conduct routine security audits and ensure compliance with organizational standards and cybersecurity best practices.
Develop, document, and maintain disaster recovery and backup plans to ensure business continuity.
Maintain accurate technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with global IT and infrastructure teams to improve network architecture, scalability, and reliability.
Support cloud networking initiatives and hybrid infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure).
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and network security standards.
Act as backup support for the network team when needed, ensuring operational continuity.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Fluent English, with the ability to participate in daily meetings and prepare reports for the U.S. headquarters.
3 to 5+ years of experience in network administration, infrastructure engineering, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and Layer 3 environments.
Hands-on experience with network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, including IDS/IPS and endpoint protection.
Familiarity with cloud networking models (AWS, Azure) and virtualized environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams.
Strong documentation skills and technical writing abilities.
