Job Description

People Partner supporting the Engineering team at Jane in a remote role. Navigating complex HR issues and contributing to team culture and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach ICs and managers through performance issues
  • Navigate tough conversations and support people through difficult situations
  • Run Talent Reviews and Performance @ Jane for your client group
  • Co-support a group of 233 across Engineering Functions
  • Use AI tools to enhance day-to-day work
  • Leverage data and change management to drive impact

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in HR
  • At least 2 years of dedicated people partnering in a high-growth tech environment
  • Experience supporting engineering, product or developer orgs
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to navigate flat, cross-functional environments
