Job Description
People Partner supporting the Engineering team at Jane in a remote role. Navigating complex HR issues and contributing to team culture and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Coach ICs and managers through performance issues
- Navigate tough conversations and support people through difficult situations
- Run Talent Reviews and Performance @ Jane for your client group
- Co-support a group of 233 across Engineering Functions
- Use AI tools to enhance day-to-day work
- Leverage data and change management to drive impact
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in HR
- At least 2 years of dedicated people partnering in a high-growth tech environment
- Experience supporting engineering, product or developer orgs
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to navigate flat, cross-functional environments
