Job Description
Senior Power BI Developer designing and maintaining embedded analytics solutions. Collaborating with teams to integrate Power BI with web applications and ensure data accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement data models, data flows, and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Integrate Power BI solutions with web applications using React and REST APIs.
- Optimize Power BI performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and functionalities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
- Experience with Power Query and DAX.
- Experience integrating Power BI into custom web application.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
- Experience working with relational databases, e.g. SQL querying.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) experience.
