Job Description
Experienced Product Designer at Cint focusing on user experience in a growing SaaS team. Responsible for design deliverables, user testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Championing exceptional user experience solutions across the suite of Cint products
- Conducting user testing and user interviews to discover unmet needs
- Ideating on strategic design solutions with other members of the Product Design team
- Creating high-quality design artifacts, including user requirements, personas, and storyboards
- Translating complex systems into tangible UI concepts and demonstrating through strong storytelling
- Documenting design thinking, findings, and proposals and communicating effectively
- Applying and contributing to our shared design system
- Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team
- Partnering with engineering teams to deliver user-centered design solutions to market
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a product design or UX design role
- Expertise in modern design and collaboration tools—specifically Figma
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems or component libraries
- Previous experience working with developers, product managers, and designers in a collaborative environment
