Job Description
Senior QA Engineer testing AI-enabled software for M3 Global Research, a global healthcare market research services provider. Automating browser, API, and CI/CD testing while managing product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily QA activity related to work submitted by the Engineering Team
- Test products to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs in functionality and scale
- Develop, implement, and manage processes ensuring products meet specifications for quality, function, and reliability before delivery
- Communicate quality standards and parameters to QA and development teams
- Coordinate product testing processes
- Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and recurring problems across products
- Recommend and facilitate solutions to quality issues
- Review client, customer, and user feedback
- Work with the manager to communicate releases to the business
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and/or related work experience
- 4+ years of relevant QA/testing automation experience
- Experience with business software systems and user management
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Teamwork oriented
- Exceptional ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and priorities
- Ingenuity and willingness to learn new techniques
- Superior problem-solving ability and an analytical mindset
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and workflows, including leveraging LLMs to generate test cases, analyze logs, and identify edge cases
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, and Cypress for end-to-end browser-based testing
- Working knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or comparable frameworks
- Familiarity with AI-powered QA platforms such as Testim, Mabl, or Functionize
- Understanding of CI/CD integration for automated test pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI
- Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools
- Comfort working alongside AI-generated code and validating its correctness
- Awareness of responsible AI usage in testing, prompt engineering basics, and model limitations
- Willingness to work US EST timezone hours
- Resume must be submitted in English
