Job Description
Senior RPA Analyst leading the development of scalable automation solutions for strategic projects. Collaborating with business areas and stakeholders to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Development of RPA automations (low, medium, and high complexity)
- Technical leadership in the development and evolution of bots
- Design and definition of scalable automation architecture
- Integration of systems via APIs (REST/Web Services)
- Use of generative AI to optimize code and productivity
- Development of ETL processes and data engineering
- Testing, validation, and maintenance/support of bots in production
- Monitoring and continuous improvement of automations
- Technical support to the team and dissemination of best practices
- Interaction with business areas and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Solid experience in RPA (6+ years in IT)
- Experience with tools such as: BotCity, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate
- Programming in: Python (primary); VBA / VBScript / JavaScript / C#
- Experience with: API integrations
- Relational databases (SQL)
- Version control with Git
- Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with ETL and data engineering (Databricks or similar)
