Job Description

Salesforce Developer at Genesys developing and enhancing Quote-to-Cash systems. Collaborating with teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring system reliability and data integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions across core CRM and CPQ
  • Collaborate with Technical Leads and BSAs to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliverables
  • Support development and maintenance of integrations between Salesforce and downstream systems such as Zuora, middleware, and other enterprise platforms
  • Develop and maintain Apex code, Lightning components, and configuration-based solutions following established standards
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to development standards
  • Support unit testing, system testing, and defect resolution
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues
  • Contribute to release activities, including deployment support, validation, and post-release monitoring
  • Maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate with QA and other teams to ensure system functionality and data integrity

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows
  • Experience working with Salesforce integrations, including APIs, middleware, and asynchronous processing
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities
  • Experience supporting enterprise systems with high data volume and complex workflows
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, agile environment
  • Good communication skills
