Job Description
Salesforce Developer at Genesys developing and enhancing Quote-to-Cash systems. Collaborating with teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring system reliability and data integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions across core CRM and CPQ
- Collaborate with Technical Leads and BSAs to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliverables
- Support development and maintenance of integrations between Salesforce and downstream systems such as Zuora, middleware, and other enterprise platforms
- Develop and maintain Apex code, Lightning components, and configuration-based solutions following established standards
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to development standards
- Support unit testing, system testing, and defect resolution
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues
- Contribute to release activities, including deployment support, validation, and post-release monitoring
- Maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with QA and other teams to ensure system functionality and data integrity
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows
- Experience working with Salesforce integrations, including APIs, middleware, and asynchronous processing
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities
- Experience supporting enterprise systems with high data volume and complex workflows
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, agile environment
- Good communication skills
