Job Description

Senior SAP GTS Consultant at Mollica IT focusing on Trade Compliance and Trade Preferences. Leading technical features and collaborating with Product Owners and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize new technical features and/or improvements for Trade Compliance and Trade Preferences to meet business needs;
  • Refine the backlog by adding necessary technical features and epics;
  • Work closely with suppliers and Product Owners;
  • Drive the standardization of business processes and strategies to achieve world-class design;
  • Effectively engage with business and functional teams to provide the best technical solutions aligned with program design and implementation standards;
  • Lead the design and implementation of solutions for global Trade Compliance processes;
  • Lead the development and deployment of integrated solutions;
  • Plan and execute technical tests and support the business team in planning and executing Business Simulation Tests (BST) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT);
  • Apply compliance requirements within the scope of responsibility, ensuring SDLC documentation, system configuration, and compliance activities are kept up to date as needed;
  • Other area routines.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain business processes and end-to-end interconnections with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Delivery, Logistics, Finance, and Data;
  • Solid understanding of SAP ERP technical capabilities;
  • Strong knowledge of SAP GTS technical capabilities;
  • Experience in 1 to 2 full lifecycle SAP GTS implementations;
  • Knowledge of global Trade Compliance processes;
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and good knowledge of SOX and GxP compliance regulations;
  • Experience with agile methodology and software development lifecycle (SDLC) management models, including documentation;
  • Proven track record of success leading self-organized cross-functional teams;
  • Experience in regional/global environments and working with stakeholders from multiple countries;
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations accurately and make productive decisions based on informed judgment;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to handle shifting priorities in dynamic environments;
  • Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree;
  • Language: Required: Advanced English for conversation (there will be an interview stage in English).
