Job Description
Senior SAP Project Lead guiding transformation projects focusing on organizational change management and testing in SAP. Ensures collaboration between business and IT teams for successful user adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP project activities with a strong focus on OCM, testing, and training alignment
- Act as the primary point of contact for OCM-related topics within the SAP project
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure dependencies between workstreams are managed
- Support project planning, governance, reporting, and risk management
- Define and execute the OCM strategy aligned with SAP project objectives
- Perform change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses
- Develop and manage communication and engagement plans
- Support business leaders and key users throughout the change lifecycle
- Track adoption and readiness KPIs and address resistance proactively
- Work closely with testing leads to ensure strong business involvement in SIT, UAT, and regression testing
- Coordinate business test preparation, execution, and issue resolution
- Ensure business validation of SAP solutions from a change and usability perspective
- Define the training approach based on role and process changes
- Coordinate training content development and delivery across multiple formats
- Manage training schedules, participant communication, and logistics
- Ensure training effectiveness and readiness for go-live
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP project delivery, with a strong focus on OCM
- Proven experience leading or coordinating OCM, testing, and training activities in SAP projects
- Solid understanding of SAP testing phases and business involvement requirements
- Experience in training management within large-scale SAP implementations
- Fluent English language skills
- Ability to communicate confidently in English with international stakeholders at all levels
