Job Description
Senior Service Delivery Analyst using Epic Clarity, Snowflake, and advanced SQL for R1's healthcare revenue cycle operations. Delivering client-ready insights, identifying defects, and driving operational improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Build, optimize, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions supporting Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities
- Use advanced SQL and data modeling to extract, transform, and validate data from complex revenue cycle environments
- Apply Epic Clarity and revenue cycle knowledge to identify trends, defects, and process improvement opportunities
- Translate analysis into clear, client-ready reporting and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
- Conduct account and performance reviews to surface actionable opportunities
- Perform rigorous QA on metrics and reports to ensure accuracy and credibility
- Own follow-up actions and drive execution against recommendations
- Serve as a trusted analytics partner to internal teams and client counterparts
- Contribute thought leadership and mentorship to grow the broader analytics function
- Ramp up on R1's data environment, reporting ecosystem, revenue cycle workflows, and existing reporting logic
- Independently own meaningful deliverables, produce client-ready reporting, identify trends that drive operational value, and support internal and client stakeholders
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience, with a strong background in revenue cycle and analytics-driven roles
- Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including billing, claims, denials, A/R, and payment posting
- Hands-on experience with the Epic Clarity data model, ideally in Resolute/Hospital Billing
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregations, transformations, and scalable query design
- Experience with Snowflake, relational databases, and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Proven ability to turn messy operational data into reliable, decision-ready insights
- Track record presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders and/or clients
- Strong attention to detail, independent judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification preferred
- Data modeling experience in Snowflake preferred
- Familiarity with stored procedures / T-SQL preferred
- Prior client-facing analytics or service delivery experience preferred
- Experience mentoring analysts or building team capabilities preferred
