Job Description

Experienced SharePoint Developer implementing modern intranet on SharePoint Online. Collaborating on customer projects and providing technical consultancy.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, architecture and implementation of a modern intranet in SharePoint Online
  • Establishment of a structured document management and control system in SharePoint
  • Integration of a powerful search solution within the Microsoft 365 environment
  • Gathering requirements, developing appropriate solution concepts and documenting them
  • Development of SPFx solutions (React, TypeScript) and integration of third-party services via APIs
  • Automation of processes with Power Automate and Power Apps; visualization with Power BI
  • Development of governance, security and permission models and ensuring their enforcement
  • Technical consulting and close collaboration with internal business units
  • Creation of clear documentation and training materials for end users

Requirements:

  • Completed training or degree in IT (e.g., applied computer science) or equivalent qualifications
  • Proven experience with SharePoint Online and modern SharePoint technologies (SPFx), and strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/SASS
  • Experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and familiarity with Copilot or Power BI
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Hands-on mentality, service-oriented approach and enjoyment of working independently and taking responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities
  • Nice to have: experience with Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, Logic Apps or Dataverse
  • Experience with accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization and testing
