Job Description
Senior SOC Analyst investigating and resolving OT security incidents for ABB’s industrial technology solutions. Performing forensic analysis, improving threat detection, and automating SOC processes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of security incidents affecting customer OT systems, including forensic examination and log analysis
- Identify the root cause and full extent of incidents, focusing on protecting customer systems from further impact
- Provide detailed reports on incidents, including timelines, impact assessments, and recommendations for remediation
- Maintain the confidentiality of customer information
- Work closely with incident response teams to contain and resolve incidents, minimizing disruption to customer operations
- Collaborate with threat intelligence teams to understand and counteract adversary tactics against OT systems
- Collaborate on the creation and enhancement of detection mechanisms
- Create rules and automations to enhance SOC KPIs
- Participate in project deliveries, service and commissioning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, or related field
- Expertise in forensic tools and techniques relevant to OT environments
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with SIEM, IDS and Vulnerability Management Software
- Ability to communicate complex technical findings while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality
- CV must be submitted in English
