Job Description

Senior Software Engineer improving developer productivity and CI/CD processes at an AI-native security operations platform. Collaborating with engineering teams on infrastructure, tooling, and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and mature our testing infrastructure — establish patterns, frameworks, and tooling for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing across services
  • Own the CI/CD pipeline end-to-end — design, implement, and continuously improve build, test, and deployment pipelines to double our deploy frequency
  • Act as a force multiplier for engineering — remove bottlenecks, standardize best practices, and improve the day-to-day developer experience across the company
  • Champion reliability and observability — help establish SLOs, alerting, and monitoring across the platform; use instrumentation, data, and automation to drive decisions on system health and engineering velocity
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and security partners — be an embedded partner for Core Product squads, embedding safety, reliability, and scalability into everyday development practices

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering
  • Demonstrated experience designing and operating CI/CD systems at scale (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, ArgoCD, or similar)
  • Strong proficiency in Python and/or Go, with the ability to write production-quality backend code
  • Experience building automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, E2E) for distributed systems
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong debugging instincts - you can trace failures across distributed systems and identify root causes systematically
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, aligning stakeholders and driving adoption of shared tooling, workflows, and standards
  • Clear written and verbal communication; you can explain technical tradeoffs to both engineers and non-engineers.

Benefits:

  • Great benefits
  • Meaningful equity
