Job Description
Senior Full-Stack Engineer at a remote-first SaaS company building case management software for personal injury law firms. Collaborate across time zones to deliver high-quality features.
Responsibilities:
- Build and ship full-stack features using Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and modern front-end technologies
- Write comprehensive automated unit and integration tests for all code
- Deploy to production daily using trunk-based development and feature flags
- Participate in daily standups and bi-weekly sprint planning sessions
- Mentor Associate Software Engineers through pairing and code review
- Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and GitOps workflows on Google Cloud Platform
Requirements:
- Strong experience building production full-stack web applications
- Expertise in Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL
- Strong written and spoken English (professional Spanish is a plus)
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD practices
- Comfort working remotely and asynchronously across time zones
- Collaborative approach to problem-solving and knowledge sharing
