Job Description
Senior Front-end Engineer developing investment products including real-time crypto trading for fintech startup. Building portfolio analytics and automating operations workflows with a small focused team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build new investment products, including everything from real-time crypto trading to personalized financial plans
- Own features end-to-end—writing PRDs, creating TDDs, planning tests, and delivering to production
- Build new portfolio analytics and dashboards to help users understand and optimize their investments
- Automate key operations workflows so we can scale to thousands of customers
- Set the standard for code quality and mentor teammates as we grow
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Python development experience in production environments
- Experience owning and maintaining live services, including monitoring, alerting, and deployment
- Strong experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL
- Bonus: direct experience building money movement or payment systems
