Job Description
Senior Full Stack Engineer joining Oowlish to scale a mission-critical platform used in multiple sectors. Collaborating remotely with a diverse team and engaging in innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Join a diverse and vibrant team contributing to pioneering digital solutions
- Scale a mission-critical platform used by organizations across multiple sectors
- Take ownership across the full stack — from mobile to backend systems
- Contribute directly to architecture, performance, and product evolution
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in **full-stack software engineering**
- Strong experience with **TypeScript, Node.js, and React**
- Experience building and shipping **complex features in production systems**
- Proven track record of **owning and delivering technical initiatives end-to-end**
- Experience contributing to **0 → 1 product development**
- Experience working with **PostgreSQL or similar relational databases**
- Hands-on experience with **cloud environments (AWS preferred, ECS is a plus)**
- Proficiency using **AI tools in daily development workflows**
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Passion or interest in improving **mental healthcare outcomes**
