Job Description
Senior Software Engineer modernizing an E-Commerce platform for a leading online beauty retailer. Implementing features, integrating AI functionalities, and optimizing performance.
Responsibilities:
- Further development and modernization of our in-house e‑commerce platform (Legacy .NET → modern stack)
- Implementing new features: product catalog, payment and shipping integrations, campaign and discount logic
- Active participation in the stack migration towards modern frontend frameworks (React / Vue)
- Integration of AI/LLM functionalities into existing and new modules
- Analyzing and optimizing existing modules: performance, maintainability, and usability
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of legacy .NET
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, especially stored procedures and T‑SQL
- Proficient with HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript/jQuery
- Experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted development
- Good German or English skills (at least B2)
