Responsibilities:

  • Build and operate scalable backend and AI infrastructure for real-time and batch workloads
  • Design and maintain deployment workflows with versioning, staged rollouts, automated releases, monitoring, and safe rollback strategies
  • Build and operate production LLM and agentic systems, integrating model providers, APIs, gateways, tools, and external services
  • Develop reusable services, APIs, automation, and data pipelines for AI-powered products and internal platform capabilities
  • Extend infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and reusable provisioning patterns
  • Maintain GitOps deployment workflows using tools such as ArgoCD
  • Run distributed workloads on Kubernetes (GKE), managing scaling, workload placement, tenant isolation, service reliability, and infrastructure capacity
  • Improve observability and reliability through metrics, logging, tracing, SLOs, alerting, incident response, and operational tooling
  • Identify performance and infrastructure cost improvements across cloud services, compute, APIs, and AI workloads
  • Use agentic coding and AI development tools to accelerate engineering, review code, debug, and automate repetitive workflows
  • Shape the evolution of the platform as scale, architectural domains, and ML/AI requirements grow

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure, including operating production systems at scale
  • Strong SRE/DevOps foundation; experience owning reliability, defining and measuring SLOs, running post-mortems, and driving measurable improvements
  • Deep Terraform expertise, including complex state, reusable modules, multi-project configurations, and CI-driven plan/apply workflows
  • Strong GitOps background with ArgoCD or Flux in production
  • Deep Kubernetes knowledge and production cluster operations, including control-plane-level troubleshooting
  • Strong cloud infrastructure background across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including networking, compute, IAM, storage, and multi-account or multi-project design
  • Hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience with GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, GitLab CI, or equivalent
  • Senior-level automation-first approach
  • Active use of agentic coding tools
  • Strong communication skills for explaining operational decisions, technical trade-offs, and incident summaries
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience indicated in the application questions
  • Degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent experience indicated in the application questions
  • Working hours aligned to EST time zone
  • Nice-to-have: MLOps, GCP, BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, GPU scheduling, LLM inference, ML orchestration, model registries, feature stores, drift monitoring, FinOps, data infrastructure, multi-tenant infrastructure, and startup scaling experience

Benefits:

  • Payment in USD
