Job Description
AI-forward developer improving customer experience primarily focused on Skimmer's subscription platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding and billing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Be the internal technical expert on Skimmer subscriptions through Stripe.
- Help make the subscription process more flexible and efficient by improving the Skimmer app to take advantage of Stripe features
- Assist in vendor selection to solve challenges as they arise.
- Create APIs and systems to help customers onboard faster and unlock their own productivity.
- Understand the key metrics for user adoption.
- Implement A/B testing on workflows to understand what works for our customers.
- Enable Stripe’s free trial workflow.
- Take greater advantage of Stripe’s new user workflow to unlock additional sales workflows.
- Implement Stripe’s metered billing to better track usage.
Requirements:
- Building API integrations for SaaS, ideally vertical SaaS, products
- Comfortable developing in C#
- Proficient with Microsoft SQL.
- Proven expertise with Stripe; ideally Stripe subscriptions
- An eye for detail and willingness to experiment to find the right solution
- Enough overall business understanding to advise on the implications of technical decisions and direct teams towards optimal results
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a track record of leading successful cross-functional projects.
- Ideal candidates will have understanding of tax and accounting relating to software subscriptions
