Job Description
Senior Software Engineer at FindMe ensuring technical architecture decisions on B2B SaaS products. Collaborating with product team and enhancing software development quality.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical reference for the Engineering team, influencing decisions through collaboration and technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews focused on quality, maintainability, scalability, and adherence to defined standards.
- Establish and evolve best practices for using AI in development, ensuring a balance between speed and quality.
- Participate in engineering refinement sessions, contributing to the technical validation of solutions before development starts.
- Support architectural decisions in collaboration with Product, DevOps, Data, and strategic leadership (CEO/CPO).
- Contribute to the gradual reduction of technical debt and the evolution of the platform architecture.
- Assist in resolving complex technical challenges, supporting the team's development without taking over task execution.
- Actively participate in the development of strategic features, integrations, and product priority initiatives.
- Document technical decisions, architectural patterns, and relevant learnings for the team.
- Promote knowledge sharing through code reviews, pair programming, and continuous collaboration.
- Contribute to the advancement of quality practices in partnership with QA.
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Senior Software Engineer working on software products.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Knowledge of system architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience with code reviews, defining best practices, and providing technical support to other developers.
- Practical knowledge and use of AI tools applied to software development.
- Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs considering product and business impact.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
