Job Description
Senior SuccessFactors Consultant leading SmartRecruiters implementations and talent transformation. Delivering SAP consulting solutions for Australian enterprises through DyFlex, an SAP Platinum Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Lead SmartRecruiters and other Talent modules implementation and enhancement projects from discovery through go-live
- Facilitate workshops to gather and analyse business requirements
- Configure SmartRecruiters and other Talent module solutions aligned with client needs and industry best practice
- Provide strategic advice on recruitment process optimisation and talent transformation
- Design and document solution architectures, functional specifications, and process maps
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery
- Support testing activities, including UAT planning and execution
- Collaborate with integration partners, technical consultants, and project managers
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and additional value creation for clients
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the DyFlex consulting practice
- Deliver design, build, testing, implementation, and ongoing administration of security solutions
Requirements:
- Hands-on SmartRecruiters implementation and configuration experience
- Experience with Talent modules such as Onboarding and Succession
- Strong understanding of recruitment and talent processes
- Experience leading client workshops and requirements gathering sessions
- Proven consulting and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience supporting testing, training, and deployment activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Preferred applicant required to undertake employment screening
- No explicit educational credential required
