Job Description
Senior Supervisor leading a group of Equipment and Process Technicians at Western Digital. Overseeing daily operations and quality control in manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a group of Equipment and Process Technicians
- Attend various Equipments and Process daily issue.
- Ensuring Preventive Maintenance schedule carry out by Technicians.
- Required excellent communication skills for various inter department communications
- Suggest and executive Continuous Improvement on equipments down time or improve operational efficiency.
- Respond to any escalation from technicians from unscheduled down time or process KPOV.
- Monitor and respond to QC escalation from Test’s KPOV.
- Respond and follow up on Quality Incidents on-hold and disposition.
- Attend various Daily Meeting.
- Work load assigning base on production schedule for various equipment.
- Responsible to Technicians career path planning and performance designation.
- Attend various training course for technical and soft skills.
Requirements:
- Degree in various Engineering Degree
- Must be willing to work on shift
- Preferred : Knowledge on HDD media cleaning technology will be added advantage.
- Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control will be added advantage.
