Job Description
Senior Survey Programmer building, testing, and quality-assuring online surveys for InnovateMR quantitative research projects. Collaborating with clients and internal teams on revisions, troubleshooting, and data delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the initial coding of surveys, facilitate revisions, manage data delivery, and ensure high data quality throughout projects
- Program and collaborate on survey updates in a timely manner to meet or exceed timing expectations
- Program online surveys with required quality and productivity levels
- Program and test survey logic
- Undertake quality assurance of online surveys
- Adhere to project capabilities and meet client timing expectations
- Partner with internal teams to understand project requirements
- Participate in client meetings to understand requirements
- Proactively offer alternative solutions to adverse designs or system limitations
- Serve as an information resource and provide ongoing internal and external support
- Maintain communication with all parties associated with projects
- Participate in internal projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience on Decipher or a similar survey programming tool, such as Confirmit or Qualtrics
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and logic skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop rapport in team settings and establish credibility with colleagues and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with other associates
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Patience and knowledge to debug issues or problems
- Marketing research and project management experience is a plus
