Job Description
Developer Engagement contractor supporting Roblox creators and resolving day-to-day escalations. Managing creator communications and documentation for Roblox’s global developer community.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in resolving creator day-to-day escalations and emergencies.
- Manage communication between Roblox staff and creators.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Serve as a crucial link between Roblox and its developer community.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates endless patience and a positive attitude.
- Capable of managing time effectively.
- In-depth understanding of Roblox and the Roblox community.
- Solid knowledge of the technical aspects of Roblox Studio.
- Experience developing on Roblox and/or other creation platforms.
- Must dedicate 40 hours per week.
- Must be available to work Saturday through Wednesday and provide on-call availability throughout the week.
