Job Description
Technical Adoption Manager helping enterprise customers achieve success with VMware Cloud Foundation solutions. Driving adoption and consumption while ensuring best-in-class execution and customer health.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor, driving a cross-functional, unified customer experience.
- Help customers achieve their full potential through the consumption and adoption of VMware Cloud Foundation.
- Conduct technology assessments, roadmap reviews, and deployment guidance.
- Present achievements and customer progress in quarterly Business Reviews.
- Develop trusted advisor status with key customer stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 12+ years related experience required.
- VMware Cloud Foundation Certification.
- VCP-VCF Administration/Architect, VCAP, or VCP/VCAP Certification on VCF solution components (vSphere, vSAN, NSX Networking, VKS, VCF Operations,..).
