Job Description
Technical Product Manager managing product roadmap for insurance services at Mercury Insurance. Developing innovative solutions and fostering essential business relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the product roadmap for identified areas by defining and delivering the next generation of insurance services.
- Develop innovative product solutions.
- Execute strategic go-to-market plans and cultivate essential business relationships.
- Provide mentorship to junior product managers.
- Nurture vendor relationships and foster cross-domain collaboration.
- Ensure that product direction aligns seamlessly with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience in product management.
- Property and Casualty Insurance experience preferred.
- 5+ years product management and/or product design
- 5+ years managing complex initiatives from initiation to completion using product management processes and best practices.
- Experience in defining and implementing product metrics to track performance and success.
- Experience handling all stages of product delivery.
- Experience contributing to tech discussions and product strategy.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Experience representing various customers and stakeholders during planning.
