Job Description
Technical Product Owner for VoIP hardware clients driving development-ready requirements. Analyzing user scenarios and collaborating with C++ developers on SIP applications.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze user needs and usage scenarios
- Elaborate high-level requirements into well-defined solutions
- Develop and document feature requirements and specifications for SIP applications, covering user, functional, and non-functional aspects.
- Create and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria
- Participate in technical and architectural discussions
- Participate in code reviews
- Collaborate closely with C++ developers and QA team and support them during feature implementation
- Incoming bugs triage
Requirements:
- Experience as a Technical Product Owner or Senior Developer
- Ability to independently design features end-to-end
- Understanding of C++ at the level of reading code and discussing implementation
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, UDP, NAT, etc.)
- Understanding of VoIP, signaling, call flows, RTP
- Experience documenting both user and technical requirements
- Hands-on experience with user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong technical background with a focus on system design and architecture-related tasks.
- English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher, sufficient for reading documentation and participating in technical discussions.
