Job Description
Product SME for Trade Promotion Management at Unilever guiding global market processes. Collaborating with teams to support deployment, enhance products, and drive business change.
Responsibilities:
- Be the trusted expert
- Guide markets on trade promotion processes such as promotions planning, funding, and trade accruals
- Support deployments and onboarding
- Drive business readiness and change
- Shape the product and how it’s used
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Trade promotion management product is an advantage
- Experience leading or supporting process change, standardization, or system adoption in a complex environment
- Strength in cross-functional collaboration—comfortable engaging with both technical and business teams
- A solid understanding of Customer Development–related processes (for example: promotions, trade profitability, customer return on investment, distributor and modern trade structures)
