Job Description
UX Designer leading user research and design for BETSOL's digital platforms. Modernizing systems and developing new capabilities while collaborating with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead user research and design efforts across digital platforms.
- Support the modernization and enhancement of existing systems as well as the design and development of new platforms and capabilities.
- Shape how user-centered design is embedded into product development process.
- Work independently, thrive in ambiguity, and partner closely with product, engineering, and business leaders to deliver intuitive, high-impact user experiences.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of experience in UX design, product design, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work, including research, interaction design and visual design
- Experience designing for complex systems, enterprise products, or SaaS platforms
- Experience designing or supporting products that incorporate AI driven, automated or intelligent workflows (e.g. agentic AI, copilots, automation tools).
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc)
- Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards and responsive design
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive work forward with minimal oversight
