Job Description
Senior UiPath Automation Developer and Technical Trainer responsible for UiPath automation development and mentoring. Working with teams to deliver automation solutions and conduct training sessions within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end UiPath automation solutions for production environments
- Work with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots in real-world use cases
- Handle exception management, logging, retries, and performance optimization
- Integrate UiPath with APIs, databases, Excel, SAP, web applications, and legacy systems
- Follow and enforce REFramework, coding standards, and best practices
- Act as a senior technical reference point for the automation team
- Review code, provide feedback, and guide developers toward better design and performance
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through pair programming, design reviews, and architecture discussions
- Lead internal technical trainings and workshops (beginner to advanced UiPath topics)
Requirements:
- 6+ years of overall experience
- 3+ years of hands-on UiPath development
- Proven experience delivering production-grade automations in live projects
- Strong understanding of UiPath REFramework, Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers, logs)
- Exception handling and debugging
- Solid knowledge of .NET / VB.NET / C# concepts
- Experience mentoring developers or leading technical training sessions
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to different skill levels
