Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Build and ship pages in WordPress, landing, thank-you, registration, and solution pages, turning designs and raw HTML into live, on-brand pages fast turning designs and raw HTML into live, on-brand pages fast, with an eye for UX and conversion, not just pixel-matching.
  • Implement the flagged technical and on-page SEO fixes, protecting our SEO integrity while moving quickly.
  • Maintain the site - navigation, CTAs, page performance, and overall health.
  • Keep conversion tracking and integrations accurate and firing (GA4, GTM, HubSpot) so every paid and SEO visit is measured. This is what tells us the site is actually converting.
  • Build pages to convert, not just to look right.
  • Implement A/B tests and iterate on layouts, forms, and CTAs based on data, in partnership with marketing.
  • Partner closely with marketing, design, and SEO to keep launches unblocked.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years building WordPress websites end to end (full builds from scratch, not just updates or support), with a portfolio of live, on-brand production sites.
  • Portfolio quality matters as much as the exact number of years.
  • Conversion-minded. You care how a page performs, not just how it looks.
  • Comfortable running A/B tests and iterating on layouts, forms, and CTAs to lift conversion.
  • Design-literate. You turn Figma and HTML into polished, on-brand pages and have an eye for UX and hierarchy.
  • WordPress specialist first - a full-stack background is a plus, but deep WordPress craft is the core of this role.
  • Comfortable turning designs and HTML into live, on-brand pages quickly.
  • Solid on technical and on-page SEO - you move fast without hurting rankings.
  • Familiar with conversion tracking and marketing integrations.
  • Uses AI as leverage (code, HTML-to-WordPress conversion, debugging) while owning quality and judgment - you understand the SEO risk of shipping unreviewed work.
  • Marketing-minded and communicative - you've worked with marketing teams (not just IT), flag blockers early, and never go dark.
  • Strong professional English - comfortable in async, written collaboration with a US-facing team.

Benefits:

  • 100% remote work, forever.
  • Fixed schedules, weekends off, and no overtime.
  • Competitive compensation with reviews every six months and performance bonuses.
  • Comprehensive global health insurance, including medical, dental, vision, mental health, and routine care.
  • Paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, and family care days.
  • Family-friendly policies, including parental leave and flexible support.
  • A culture centered around growth, ownership, well-being, and continuous learning.
