Job Description

Program Manager leading cross-functional projects for Flint Group’s sustainable packaging ink solutions. Driving customer implementations, operational efficiency, cost savings, and measurable business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution from scoping through implementation and post-launch review
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across commercial, operations, technical, client, and supply chain teams
  • Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Hold teams accountable and ensure consistent progress toward milestones
  • Identify risks early and proactively manage issues, escalations, and dependencies
  • Interface with key customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
  • Deliver measurable business results, including cost savings, efficiency gains, and revenue impact
  • Track and communicate project status, KPIs, and financial outcomes to leadership
  • Support strategic initiatives including new business launches, process improvements, and cost reduction efforts
  • Lead cross-functional project execution, operational efficiency, customer-facing implementation, cost take-out, and margin improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments
  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering measurable results
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel (20–40%)
  • Experience in packaging, printing, inks, coatings, or related industries (preferred, not required)
  • Background in customer-facing roles or in-plant environments (preferred, not required)
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma (preferred, not required)
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred, not required)
