Job Description
Social Media Manager for YouTube and content strategy at Yunicorn. Develop video formats and drive community growth in a cutting-edge tech and finance environment.
Responsibilities:
- You conceptualize and plan video content for YouTube, Shorts, Reels & TikTok — cross-platform and performance-oriented
- You edit videos and create thumbnails, titles & hashtags — in the style of modern crypto/finance content creators (clean, catchy, high-quality)
- You analyze KPIs such as CTR, watch time & conversion rates and derive concrete optimizations
- You use existing raw material (calls, workshops, ads, etc.) and develop high-quality video content from it
- You proactively propose relevant video formats and topics in the areas of crypto, DeFi, trading, mindset and finance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media/video content (preferably YouTube)
- Proven success in organic growth or performance marketing (e.g., >100k views, strong CTRs, successful Reels/Shorts)
- Proficient with Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve
- Understanding of storytelling, hook design & audience retention
- Interest in or experience with crypto / DeFi / financial education / investing
- Independent, structured working style & eagerness to take responsibility
- Very good German and English, both written and spoken.
