Job Description
Social Media Specialist responsible for creating viral content for Polish audiences. Collaborating with content and marketing teams while representing Vilgain's voice in Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Crafting top-performing content—especially Reels and TikToks—tailored for Polish-speaking audiences
- Staying plugged into what’s trending across Poland, from viral memes to cultural shifts
- Writing sharp, witty captions and scripts in native-level Polish that stop the scroll
- Planning shoots, editing videos, and giving everything that polished, unmistakably Vilgain vibe
- Working hand-in-hand with our Czech-based content and marketing teams—while being the voice of Vilgain in Poland
- Shooting Reels, polishing edits, and making content pop (with a little help from Figma)
Requirements:
- Social media isn’t just your thing
- Polish is your first language
- You speak English, too
- You’ve got a sixth sense for what goes viral—and why
- You’re fluent in Gen Z humor, meme culture, and what’s hot in Poland
- Instagram and TikTok are where you thrive (both as a creator and a consumer)
- You’re bursting with ideas —and you know how to bring them to life, from concept to camera to final cut
- You strike the perfect balance between creative and data-driven: your content performs and pops
- You sweat the small stuff—the details, the transitions, the caption that hits just right
- You treat algorithms like an art form, not a math problem
- Most importantly: you're a doer. You make things happen.
