Job Description
Social Work & Counseling Coach helping students and professionals in social work and counseling fields. Teach clinical skills and support career development with a structured approach.
Responsibilities:
- Work with students and professionals pursuing careers in social work and counseling
- Teach core clinical skills in counseling techniques, therapy modalities, mental health assessment, and treatment planning
- Help students build capabilities through consistent, practical skill building
- Support the career side of the journey, including resume review, cover letters, interview prep, and salary negotiation
- Provide promotion strategy, networking strategy, and freelancing guidance for independent practice
Requirements:
- Professional experience in social work or counseling
- Prior coaching or mentoring experience
- A clear, structured approach to breaking down clinical and career topics
