Job Description
Staff Engineer at ASAPTECH focusing on cloud-native architecture and distributed systems. Collaborating closely with engineering squads to enhance scalability and resilience.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical reference for engineering squads
- Support the construction of a scalable, resilient, automation-driven platform on AWS
- Define and evolve technical architecture standards
- Work closely with teams on technical discussions, troubleshooting, and incident response
- Lead discussions involving microservices, messaging, and Kubernetes
- Support technical reviews, design reviews, and the continuous improvement of engineering practices
Requirements:
- Strong background in software engineering and distributed systems architecture
- Hands-on experience in cloud-native environments, especially AWS
- Knowledge of Golang applied to distributed systems
- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture on AWS
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and infrastructure as code
- Experience with Terraform, ArgoCD, and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of microservices, messaging, and system integration
- Experience with observability, troubleshooting, and production stability
- Ability to support multiple engineering teams
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to navigate architecture, operations, and development
