Job Description
Staff Software Engineer developing internal tools for Lime, enhancing security and operational efficiency through custom solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to automate workflows and streamline processes.
Responsibilities:
- Build Custom Tooling: Design and develop internal web applications for specific data access.
- System Integration: Partner with Data & Integrations team to automate workflows and visualize trends.
- Enhance Security: Build UIs transforming sensitive data into actionable insights.
- Drive Operational Efficiency: Collaborate to identify and close process gaps.
- Operational Excellence: Participate in sprint planning and manage backlog of feature requests.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture and runbooks.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a focus on building internal tools or B2B applications.
- Technical versatility with the ability to operate across the stack.
- Experience querying and integrating with data warehouses, specifically Snowflake, and building APIs to fetch and transform that data.
- Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to take a high-level goal and break it down into technical tasks and sprints.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira APIs is highly desirable.
- Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and design principles that protect sensitive data.
- Experience operating in an agile sprint cycle environment.
