Job Description
Software Engineer at Datacom responsible for AI-driven software delivery and orchestration of automation. Engaging in a dynamic environment focused on innovation and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Operating day-to-day within an agentic SDLC
- Decomposing requirements into discrete, verifiable units
- Orchestrating end-to-end delivery flows
- Applying risk-calibrated routing
- Applying responsible, safe, and privacy-aware AI practices
- Monitoring and improving performance of automations
- Partnering with engineers and stakeholders
- Sharing what you learn
Requirements:
- 3+ years in software engineering
- Experience with AI, automation, and agent orchestration
- Solid grounding in modern software engineering practices
- Ability to work across the stack
- Understanding of data governance, ethics, privacy, and risk management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills
