- Translate technical trade-offs into investment narratives for executive and cross-functional audiences
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture on platform-versus-domain scope and Databricks data lakehouse/data mesh integration
- Review requirements for MCP servers and AI agents supporting the BTS ecosystem
- Help establish the Integration & Automation Engineering team, including team structure, hiring, and transition from contractor-led to FTE-led delivery

- Strong technical background; comfortable writing or critiquing OpenAPI specifications, event schemas, and contracts
- Ability to defend build-vs-buy and versioning decisions while partnering with Enterprise Architecture on deep systems design
- Working knowledge of AWS API Gateway, Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions, SQS/SNS
- Direct experience with iPaaS/integration platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar
- Experience with API design, versioning, and contract management
- Experience translating vague stakeholder requests into clear, buildable requirements
- Experience owning a platform roadmap serving multiple internal consuming teams
- Experience running intake and prioritization across competing demand and disparate backlogs
- Comfort negotiating sequencing and trade-offs with Director-level and above stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated use of LLM assistants and agentic build tools such as Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, or Lovable in daily work, with output verification
Benefits:

- Health, dental, vision insurance, and mental health resources
- An Ōura Ring of your own plus employee discounts for friends & family
- 20 days of paid time off plus 13 paid holidays plus 8 days of flexible wellness time off
