Job Description
Static Ad Designer creating high-performing, visually stunning ad creatives for digital platforms. Collaborating with teams to align ads with brand and marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Design static ad creatives for paid social, display, and digital campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
- Translate brand guidelines into visually compelling ads across multiple formats and channels.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and creative leadership to deliver cohesive ad campaigns.
- Stay on top of digital advertising trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Prepare and package ad assets for cross-platform use, ensuring specs and quality standards are met.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity while optimizing creatives for performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of design experience, preferably in advertising, marketing, or CPG.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital/static ad design with measurable results.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Familiarity with ad platform requirements (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- A strong eye for typography, layout, and color.
- Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven design.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to take constructive feedback in a fast-paced environment.
