Job Description

Systems Engineer providing systems-level IT support for U.S. end users. Troubleshooting issues across various Microsoft environments while working remotely from the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide systems-level technical support via phone and email to U.S.-based end users
  • Troubleshoot issues across Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure)
  • Diagnose and resolve problems involving servers, networks, endpoints, and applications
  • Go beyond scripted fixes by analyzing ambiguous or incomplete problem statements
  • Document troubleshooting steps, decisions, and outcomes clearly in ticketing systems (ConnectWise)
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with structured notes and context
  • Assist with Azure, Intune, AVD, endpoint management, and backup solutions
  • Manage multiple tickets and priorities in a deadline-driven MSP environment

Requirements:

  • Exceptional English communication skills , written and spoken
  • 4+ years of hands-on IT support experience
  • MSP or enterprise IT experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting: Windows 10/11 Microsoft 365 Azure or cloud-based services
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewall troubleshooting)
  • Strong sense of ownership: responsive, dependable, and documentation-driven
