Job Description
Business Systems Analyst serving as a liaison for Revenue Cycle operations in the Swedish Medical Group. Focusing on Epic Professional Billing applications and workflows engagement with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key liaison between Revenue Cycle operations and Information Services
- Monitor work queues and reporting to identify trends and issues
- Analyze workflows and system configuration to identify gaps or inefficiencies
- Translate business needs into system requirements
- Participate in testing and implementation of system changes
- Develop training materials and job aids
Requirements:
- Formal technical training, especially in data resource management principals
- Upon hire: Certification in Epic Resolute Professional Billing Administration I & II, but can be obtained while in position
- 5 years progressively more responsible work experience in a health care business office
