Job Description
Advisor Batch Developer managing technical teams for database software at Gainwell Technologies. Overseeing development processes, providing technical consulting, and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of applications programming with SDLC
- C (Pro C, C++) experience
- UNIX/LINUX proficiency
- SQL experience
- 6+ years of experience with Medicaid IT systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
