Job Description
Team Lead for compliance operations at Ruvixx, developing expertise in software license compliance. Lead a team while collaborating with global stakeholders and enhancing operational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of engagement and investigation professionals
- Set clear goals and execution standards across outreach, investigation support, and customer engagement
- Track team KPIs, conversion performance, and campaign effectiveness
- Analyze engagement pipelines and customer behavior to identify bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities
- Own regular operational reporting for internal leadership and global partners
- Support escalation handling, complex negotiations, and strategic decision-making when senior intervention is required
Requirements:
- 2+ years of people management experience
- CRM and reporting expertise
- High-level stakeholder management
- Strong analytical mindset
- Hands-on experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and structured operational tracking tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working in dynamic, fast-moving environments where ownership and adaptability matter
- Bonus points for experience in software compliance, software licensing, anti-piracy, or SaaS sales operations.
