Job Description
Teamleiter für Data-&-AI-Beratung bei der Alexander Thamm GmbH, einem führenden Data-Science- und KI-Anbieter. Leitung von Banking-Projekten, Teams und Business-Development-Aktivitäten.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic development and expansion of client relationships and accounts as a trusted advisor in the banking sector
- Responsibility for business development and sales, including pitches, proposals and upselling
- Lead demanding Data & AI projects from strategic conception to successful delivery
- Accountability for project timelines, quality, budget and risk management
- Lead and develop a consulting team
- Ensure efficient resource planning and project allocation
- Present project results and derive recommendations for management
- Develop innovative solutions in Gen AI, Agentic AI and related Data & AI topics
- Drive improvement of internal processes, methodologies and best practices
- Ensure quality through coaching, feedback and KPI tracking
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in Data & AI consulting
- Solid professional experience in the banking industry is mandatory
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent qualification
- Proven track record in leading complex projects and teams
- Experience in business development, ideally with responsibility for revenue and profitability targets
- Strong focus on Gen AI, Agentic AI or comparable modern Data & AI technologies
- Confidence and several years of client-facing experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate at management level
- Excellent spoken and written German and English
- Willingness to travel as required by consulting activities
- High drive, hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility
