Job Description
Lead a pioneering AI team at BuzzBoard focused on generative AI and LLM solutions. Oversee projects that scale AI infrastructure and innovate next-gen applications.
Responsibilities:
- Join pioneering team at BuzzBoard in AI innovation
- Lead and mentor a team of GenAI engineers and researchers
- Define generative AI strategy and roadmap
- Drive adoption of multimodal AI systems incorporating vision, audio, and text capabilities
- Enhance multi-agent orchestration platforms and complex workflow automation
- Scale mature AI infrastructure supporting thousands of monthly content generations across business verticals
- Lead implementation of AI observability and monitoring tools
- Champion AI development platforms and low-code/no-code solutions
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in generative AI systems, large language models, and transformer architectures with proven production experience
- Expert proficiency in established tech stack: LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, and multi-LLM orchestration
- Hands-on experience with model ecosystem: OpenAI GPT, Anthropic, Google, and vector databases
- Extensive experience with agentic AI frameworks and autonomous workflow orchestration in production environments
- Hands-on programming skills in Python with experience in FastAPI, Streamlit, and modern web frameworks
- Expert-level understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning techniques, and model optimization at scale
- Experience with vector databases, embedding models, and semantic search implementations
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native AI deployments
- Knowledge of AI model serving platforms and inference optimization
- Understanding of AI safety, alignment, and responsible AI development practices
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Microsoft Semantic Kernel) - REQUIRED
- Experience with compound AI systems and multi-step reasoning architectures - REQUIRED
- Experience with multimodal AI systems and computer vision integration
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (preferred)
